I've got 2 lineup decisions this week. Any help would be appreciated!

1) Cousins or Flacco at QB?

2) Kenny Britt or Dontrelle Inman at WR?

Cousins, but it's a coin flip.

I dont like either of your WR choices. Your league must be super deep. Std Scoring? I would look at the wavier wire. Any of these available (in this order):
Steve Smith
Q. Enunwa
Devante Parker
Phillip Dorsett
Tyrell Williams (I doubt it with Inman rostered)
Robert Woods
Sammie Coates

I might even take a flyer on Chris Hogan

So my previous deal I backed out on, thankfully. Am now in discussions for this deal.

I send:
Melvin Gordon
Will Fuller

I receive:
David Johnson

Yay or nay? I say a big time yay.

After watching Eddie Lacy suck or be injured for the first four games I finally benched him.
Now the bastard is balling lights out.
:foottap:

Know what, next year I'm drafting Andrew Luck.
:heh:

Olivia Munn must be distracting him at home. Aaron Rodgers is also aging. Father time is catching up to him? 12 years in the league but he's only 32. Who knows. He just doesn't look like the league MVP from a few years ago.

Trust me, I feel ya.
Eddie Lacy, Zack Ertz, Jimmy Graham, Greg Olsen all sucked yesterday. Started Joe Flacco and Mike Wallace and Flacco missed him on two 4th qtr TD throws.
They're all out to screw me I tellz ya.

Just traded Christine Michael, Thomas Rawls and Marvin Jones for Mike Evans.

My lineup currently has at RB/WR:

RB: David Johnson, Matt Forte, Chris Thompson and Jeremy Langford

WR: Allen Robinson, now Mike Evans, Kenny Britt and John Brown

It's a 14 team .5 pt ppr league. My rationale is that I get a WR with 30 pt upside in the playoffs (2 NO matchups) and has already played his bye.

Meanwhile I don't have to navigate the timeshare that will come when Rawls is healthy in 2 weeks. And Jones has a matchup with Houston and 2 matchups with Minnesota along with his bye week to come. That's 4 weeks where I don't feel good about him! I feel like both teams helped eachother out (he had Jeremy Hill, Tevin Coleman and Matt Asiata at RB) and I have an opportunity to make a title run with Johnson/Evans headlining my team in the playoffs.

Well, after four weeks in a row of sucky play I finally benched Jimmy Graham and started Greg Olsen.
Olsen, to his credit, got me 8 pts.
However, Graham has two TDs and is closing in on a 100-yd receiving game.

The FF deities just like to screw with me.

The bridge between stupid and useless is short.

They should both be past byes. Might consider trading jg while he's hot if possible. Not sure what your flex looks like but you should be able to get something in a trade offer. I'd rather have Olsen personally.

Arizona's Def against Atlanta

or

San Diego's defense against Houston?

San Diego is forcasted to be better by 8 points.

How I'm 9-2 with the QBs I have is a miracle in and of itself, but it is what it is. This week they go head-2-head against each other.

Blake Bortles or Tyrod Taylor??

Also an option, Osweiler, Barkley, Siemian, Goff and Fitzpatrick are all available.

I would go Taylor. I know he sucked last week, but I think he bounces back vs JAX. I'm kind of in the same boat; I keep going back and forth between Taylor or Rivers.

Coin flip, but I would go Cards

Has to be Taylor. He's much better at home for some reason. Might get a rushing TD.

Can't trust Bortles going up against the Vikes pass defense.

RG3 could be knocked out of the game before halftime.

Barkley? I wouldn't start him in a bye week.

$ TIME. My team is set except at QB. Rivers or Taylor?????
-Rivers had his highest scoring game of the year so for vs Oak in week 5, 359 yds, 4 TDs & 2 INTs. But lately he has become a turnover machine and Bolts have a lot of injuries.
-Taylor gets the Browns D, which is horrible vs opposing QBs. But weather, especially high winds might be a factor.

Right now I'm leaning Taylor, higher floor but lower ceiling.

Any thoughts/opinions appreciated.

Good luck this week if you are still alive.

That really is a coin flip as they seem to be on this same level with their matches this week.

I personally would go Rivers in the divisional game, Buf might be relying heavily on the run game.

QB hell all year for me but somehow I'm in the semis.

Doing it all season with;

Bortles (vs. Houston)
Taylor (vs. Cleveland)

and just picked up
Matt Moore (vs. Jets)

I don't trust Buffalo to throw much as they're likely to have a lead against Cleveland for much of the game.

Moore hasn't started a game in 5 years so I have no idea what to expect against a bad Jets D, but I'd be pairing him with Jarvis Landry if I use him.

The weather won't be good in either game.

Bortles....he hasn't done much lately, or all season for that matter, but has still scored more FP than Taylor in 6 of the last 8 weeks, and the last time he had above average fantasy numbers was 5 weeks ago against Houston.

I honestly don't know which way I'm going to go here.

Finally won my neighborhood league. I've come in second or third for ever, w some really bad beats in the championship games. I've won my other leagues multiple times, but this one feels NICE. :trophy: I had a 47 point lead going into MNF. My opponent had E Elliot, made my sweat it for a little while, lol.

Congrats to any others that won your league.

LOL, I guess its never too early to talk about next season; I think the top 3 is set, my order: Bell, Johnson, Elliot.

David Johnson just had one of the best seasons in NFL history since Barry Sanders. Le'Veon Bell is definitely amazing, but no one is better than David Johnson. He does everything on the field and does it will. He really could be a 1,000 yard runner and a 1,000 yard receiver.

Anyway, congrats on the win!!! I came in 3rd with the most points scores.

I was in the first round of our play offs. Travis Kelce went off Sunday, so I thought I was done. I needed Dez Bryant to get 33 points. He had an amazing game. Two TD catches, one TD pass, 70 yards on 4 catches...

Not his fault, but I lost my game by 3.2 points. I'm headed for the toilet bowl.

I play in a 16 team league where we have just 1 spot per position plus a RB/WR/TE flex. So 1 RB, 1 WR, 1 TE plus a flex, QB, K, D.

Blake Borltes and Tyrod Taylor were the 2 QB I went with the whole season, playing Bortles the majority, including the playoffs.

Elliott at RB, my 1st round pick (10th overall) definitely carried my team.

Had Allen Robinson at WR for most of the year to pair with Bortles, but ended up dropping him and going with Jarvis Landry and Stefon Diggs either at WR or flex.

Make it to the title game just pulling my hair out trying to figure out which QB to go with (ended up being Bortles all through the playoffs) and entering the MNF game, I was down 21 points with Elliott and Eric Ebron left. Thanks to Elliott's big TD run where we get extra if it's a 50+ yard score, I make up that 21 points before the 1st quarter is over and end up with a 24 point win.

2nd title in 3 years in this league. Still can't believe I did it with Blake Bortles.

Next year don't draft any Texans
Note that I said "studs"; that eliminates 99% of the Texans.
:D

But seriously folks, I'm talking A.P., Eddie Lacy, Sammy Watkins, Doug Martin, who were all hurt at various times. Then there was Jimmy Graham, Zack Ertz, Greg Olsen, and Joe Flacco and Mike Wallace... all of who seemed to know when I started them and proceded to SUCK that week.

Oh well.... next year.
:)
