I cut Mallett tomorrow morning. I start Hoyer in my loss to Indy on Thursday and run him out there until I can't stand to see his sorry worthless ass for another minute. Then I play whatever scrub I signed to replace Mallett until the end of the year. Literally 10 minutes after the last game ends I fire a long list of people.
Start over next year with a new GM, a new HC, and a new staff drafting a new QB
