Pre-season 8/9/2013, Game 1 vs Vikings: Top 5 things you are interested in seeing?

1st round pick, Hopkins, is looking legit and we might have the best D Line in the NFL if Mitchell keeps up this level of play. #22 Roc looking bad. Hope this line dominates and really helps out the rest of our D.
 
3rd and 10 from their own 10, Quessenberry did a heckuva job. Anyone else see that? He's shown some flashes so far for sure.

Not impressed with Crick earlier. Mitchell was awesome.

I've dedicated much of my attention on Q...... I'm not ready to say "impressive" but definitely solid.

Flashes is about right.

No it wasn't. I didn't see a draw play or screen pass. That's "typical Kubiak", this was a five receiver/no back formation
It was Yates' decision to throw underneath. he wasn't really under pressure and had another sec or so to look elsewhere. Yates chose not too.

Something that gets the ball past the first down. Very conservative just trying to get something rather than nothing. Sure in a real game with the lead late in a game, I'm fine with that call. But in preseason in a tie game, I'd prefer he attempt something a bit more aggressive.

Why the hell did we not fire Marciano? Kubiak's loyalty to bad coaches and his lame play calling on 3rd and long drives me crazy and it doesn't look like he will ever improve in those areas. He has gotten a little better on the red flag challenge

You do know Kubiak is the one on the sideline with the headset right?

He's got a hair cut, so I can understand if you don't recognize him, but it wasn't his decision to throw the ball to the one guy who didn't cross the first down marker.
 
Why does ABC keep getting preseason games? They sucked last year too. They clearly can't do TV.

Lay off dude. I'm kind of drunk too. Kubiak sucks balls. Having Yates in there makes him look even worse.
 
LeStar jean in his 3rd NFL season as a WR and he still doesn't know how to catch the ball with his hands. This is a skill he should have learned in high school.
 
I already sent my email complaining to Ch 13. I encourage everyone here to do the same. I am going to follow up with my season ticket rep on Monday

Although I hate to tune in to Sports Radio 610, I'm listening to Vandermeer. No other choice.
 
I'm watching on NFL.com's preseason ticket. 20 bucks for every preseason game.

Worth it to me because I haven't missed a second of it. :D

I kind of knew that Randy Bullock would miss =/ Wasn't his nickname at Texas A&M like "chubster" or something?
