My meeting with Brian Cushing - Pics fixed

Today is the day that I finally got to cash in on a contest I won. Cushing had a twitter contest and if you won he would sign your jersey. Well I won and contacted his marketing manager and he told me to send him the jersey and Cush would sign it then send it back.

Well I have a couple of connections with people inside the Texans organization and he arranged for me to meet Cushing and to get my jersey signed. So today I got to hang out in the Texans locker room right after practice. Met Cushing and got his autograph on my jersey and a game used glove that he had given me after the NE game last year. Spent about 10 to 15 mins with him. Also got to speak with several other players and even sat in Andre Davis's new Ferrari. Here are a couple of pictures!!!

I'm 6ft 250lbs. I know I need to lose weight but Cushing isn't shrinking. The guys is ripped and like he said today is going to be on a mission to tear up the league and prove that he was the player he was last year.

Cushing has always had one of the weirdest bodies to me. In person and in pictures out of his uniform he looks really small to be a LB to me. He always has other than that picture where he's flexing with Mays at USC. In his football uni though he looks a lot bigger. It's strange to me. I can't think of any other player that has ever looked so much smaller outside of his pads. He really isn't some enormous giant in person though. A lot of football players aren't at all and you'd be surprised. Basketball players are the guys that look like freaks of nature in person. Lol!

Thanks and I was like a kid in a candy store :breakdance:. To have players like Andre Johnson and Matt Schaub shake hands with me, walking out of the locker room was cool enough byt then to have that time with Cush. I know some of us have done the All Access and walked threw the locker room but to have the guys we love to watch in there while hanging out with them was great!!

Listening to their stories from what they did over the weekend like I was one of the guys and sorry before you ask who said what and where they went, I was told not to say anything. What is said in the locker room stays in the locker room.
 
Congrats!!! I know that you loved every moment!!!! I am glad that you had the opportunity to meet them as a true fan.

You should have peeled off in Andre Davis's Ferrari and sped down Kirby. The look on his face would have been a hoot.

Right on, I just figured he had two, I took that pic of the red one a couple of years ago at All Access, I ended up on the balcony above the player's parking lot and watch him and others coming in. Saw Schaub, Drob, Chester, and AD.

AJ's got a black Ferrari 675 shinest rims of them all. Dunta's got a Chevy Avalanche with some sick chrome spinner. DeMeco Ryans drives an older grey Ford Explorer and his wheels needed washing.

Anybody know who's white/orange lamborghini that sits in the players lot sometimes?

I believe that's Mario's lambo, there's a vid on youtube of him driving it around. He also drives a ford GT, I got a pic of that one too from the same all access.
 
Congrats to you sir, that's definitely a once-in-a-lifetime event. thanks for sharing it with us. (though next time we want a ride in the Ferrari!)
