Anyone else feel this may be a bit of a trap game? Jaguars are 0 - 2 and looking to get over that hump. I think the Texans might be over looking this game.

I can't see the Texans EVER overlooking Jacksonville. Too much of a rival for them to just forget about the Jags.

The game worries me because the Jags are 0-2 and desperate for a win, not because the Texans are overlooking them.

Nah I don't see them overlooking this game. Especially not after the opening day embarrassment they went thru. If anything I think we are going to see an even more aggressive team tomorrow.

Until I see this team perform consistently well I think I'll always be worried before every game. I have reached the point with the maturation of talent and coaching however that I do expect the Texans to win almost every week but I am still worried that they won't.

I'd second that. Little Jones-Drew scares the pants off me. He averages 5 yards a carry against us. Run d best show up this week

Jacksonville does not have enough to beat the Texans. Its going to be somewhat of a blowout if you ask me.

IF, The Texans are dumb enough to overlook the Jags, they deserve to lose! Our teams history should PROVE they should NEVER overlook anybody!!

I believe we'll be ready!! Mario needs to put some sacks under his belt, and Cushing is getting the hang of this game VERY fast, and becoming a mirrow image of Demeco. I think our D will step it up and prove they're better than their stats. If our OL hold up and keeps protecting MS, it should turn out to be a NICE day for the Texans!!

    LOTTA IFS!!!!!

As others have said, I'm always worried. Until the Texans are more consistent at something other than their inconsistency, I'll be nervous before every game.

But I think we should take this one. I'm looking at 3-1 before we start out on that long four out of five on the road schedule.

Should The Texans go to 2-1 on Sunday? Of course they should. We have a superior skill level throughout the team I believe. But games are won on the field.

Will we decide to leave their star RB un-covered for a TD any high school team could have made?

Will we protect Schaub, and let him get the chance to spread the ball around?

Will we miss tackles, and allow one of their players to run almost untouched straight through us?

Will the stud defensive players step up, and notch up a few sacks?

Who knows....but, its a Houston Texans game....that is always enough to make me nervous.

No point worrying about things you can't control.

Come Sundays I just grab a beer and hope for some good football. :doot:
