Maybe they go in reverse alphbetical order?
Maybe because we were the last team to lose a game?
Maybe because we have so many injured players?
Maybe the sky is falling.
It's based on the winning streaks... Sometimes I think we (Texan fans) may be a little hypersensitive when it comes to national coverage. We suffer from the middle-child syndrome stuck between those dang Cowboys and the cute Luv 'ya Blue Oilers.
It has to be either points allowed or last to lose a game. It's okay though. We will be looking down in a couple of weeks.
1 Division game - 1 loss.
that's what i assumed too.
i just never imagined we'd be back at the bottom with a 2 - 1 record. afc south ftw.
its actually based on points allowed.
Are we sure it's not based on injuries?
look at the net points in the afc east. pats in the superbowl?
This guy is right.
NFL.com is not taking a shot at the Texans.
sirs, i believe you both to be wrong. it does it by the streak. look at the afc north.. the browns and bengals, both 1 - 2.
That's because the Browns hold the tiebreaker based on beating the Bengals.
Motivational purposes ?
They have a .500 record in the division. We have a .000 record in the division. It's not that we're just listed last in the division - we actually are tied for last place in the division right now.
It's weird how that worked out - Sunday we were playing for outright first place - now we're actually tied for last place. LOL.
Won't stay that way long though. I really think this team's gonna take care of business against the next two opponents, and I don't see Jax and Ten going undefeated in that stretch.
EDIT - oops, I edited the above to include Jacksonville as tied with us in last place. Meh, what the hell do I know, heh.
I don't like to see us as last.
We are tied for 2nd.
Neither can we - Falcon's week
Tiebreakers only count at the end of the season. We're tied for second (and tied for last).
They should make it based on points for.
