Do we have stats on this guy? Forgive my ignorance, but I have no idea who this guy is.

5 of those were in 1 season..... So, 1 year removed, he has 5 in 8 years.

Since when do we expect 4-3 OLBs to be racking up sacks? It all depends on the system. He isn't well known for his pass rushing ability, but is a solid tackler and good in pass coverage. He and Ryans in our nickle package would work great

Forth round pick of the Redskins in '98. Started for them for two years.
Was signed by the Eagles as a UFA in 02 to a one year contract due to injury in his last year in Wash. Played well for the Eagles in '02 and took bigger money to play with Kansas City in '03.
Spent a lot of time injured while with K.C. Was resigned by the Eagles on a one year deal for last year. Used mostly as backup last year.
Barber is a smart LB who was very good in the blitz. But those days are behind him. Injury has taked it's toll.
Still usefull as a backup and Special Teams player. Great leadership in locker room and team type of guy.
