Ok did the worst case now the best case. I think its pretty safe to say that the top 8 are shoe ins to go before we draft.
    In no particular order
    1. Darren McFadden
    2. Chris Long
    3. Glenn Dorsey
    4. Jake Long
    5. Vernon Gholston
    6. Matt Ryan
    7. Sedric Ellis
    8. Ryan Clady

If we are lucky, really lucky some players are going to go higher than expected pushing higher rated players down to us. Players that have been mentioned as first round talent but generally placed later in round 1 or early round 2 in most mocks that could push top talent down to us are

    SECONDARY
    Aqib Talib
    Antoine Cason
    Kenny Phillips
    Justin King

    OL
    Jeff Otah
    Gosder Cherilus
    Sam Baker
    Carl Nicks

    DE
    Phillip Merling
    Calais Campbell
    Quentin Groves
    Lawrence Jackson

    LB
    Jerod Mayo
    Dan Connor

    WR
    James Hardy
    DeSean Jackson
    Devin Thomas
    Limas Sweed

    DT
    Kentwan Balmer

    RB
    Felix Jones
    Jamaal Charles

Lets all pray to the football gods that at least some of these guys get picked before us. Every highly rated player that falls opens up the possibility of a trade down for us or us getting a more talented player than we thought possible.

So who do you want to fall
    In no particular order
    1. Keith Rivers
    2. D. Rodgers-Cromartie
    3. Rashard Mendenhall
    4. Chris Williams
    5. Leodis McKelvin
    6. Derrick Harvey
    7. Branden Albert
    8. Mike Jenkins
    9. Jonathan Stewart

I want the Dallas Cowboy organization and all CONNECTED with it to fall...and to take Sheila Jackson Lee with them...the rest of those cats I've no beef with.

    voted Jonathan Stewart-

    one, best player available
two, natural cut-back runner- perfect fit for ZBS
three, realistic still on the board #18

it would be almost impossible for me to take choose JS over Otah, but he's not on your list :headhurts:

I voted Mendenhall because IMO he is THE best back in this draft, better than McFadden and better than Stewart. He's got the size and speed of Stewart but has a burst that Stewart lacks. He's generally projected around 12-15 so if he fell it would be pretty amazing.

Coming in at close second would be Williams just because he could be our LT for the forseeable future. We need to get that position locked up eventually and hopefully Williams can get that done

Gill Brandt said the polks sent a film crew to Chris Williams' work out...they want him bad enough they've got the ammo to jump us. Move up and go get who they want. I don't think we'll have shot at ZBS guy in the first round. Will there be run on the De's and Qb's or OL ? we'll see in a couple of weeks. Five good corners at the top of the board. and all of them, every single one, has a hole in his game.

To whoever gets Stewart, he is a strong back that has decent speed and can help in almost every facet of the offense: running, receiving, blocking and even on special teams.
