I love the gift for being a season ticket holder, but where do we get it filled?

You just need to get a pump and a needle.

You can get a cheap hand pump at academy for about $5 in the bike section

Sporting goods stores. Most auto mechanics will have a needle. Or even at your neighbor's house.

You're thanking people for referring you to Academy? It actually sounds like you didn't know how to inflate a football.

Get a needle and fill it up next time you go to the gas station.

It works like putting air in a low tire. Fill to 35 lbs. LOL

Just to help out... a football should be filled with 9 to 11 pounds of air. Enjoy your gift!

The unit of measurement is pressure (9-11 psi), not weight (9-10 pounds) as you indicated.
