I called ticket office today. They said the mailings were taking longer than usual but they should be mailed this week.

As a first time season ticket holder like you, I received everything but the tickets. So here is what I was told today by the ticket rep who handled my transaction:

"With the NFL transitioning over to Mobile Ticketing, all new season ticket members are receiving electronic tickets. These will provided for you soon and you will receive an email with access to them."
