The Minnesota Vikings have just Joe Webb and Rhett Bomar on roster at quarterback, reports Judd Zulgad and Chip Scoggins, of The Minneapolis Star Tribune. The Vikings are likely to add a quarterback through the NFL Draft or free-agent market, or possibly both, in the coming months.

Vikings didn't tender Tarvaris Jackson but they only list Joe Webb and Rhett Bomar. What happened to Sage?

I tell you what. Childress had his head so far up Favre's butt that he didn't realize he had a pretty good QB in Sage. If Sage is available we need to bring him back home.

On September 3, 2010, Rosenfels was traded, along with RB Darius Reynaud, to the New York Giants He was Eli Manning's backup throughout the season and also was the team's holder for field goals and extra points. His only action at quarterback was in the 4th quarter of a victory at Seattle.

    That's right. Forgot about that.

Wonder what Minnesota's going to do about that vacancy? Weren't they looking around Vince Young?

Speaking of current news, this intrigues me. I would much rather see Kubiak spend the time fixing a talent like Jackson than wasting the effort on Awfulsky or Leinart.

While he is not flying helicopters he is backing up Eli.

As for the Vikings, I will be very surprised if Vince Young doesn't land there.
