If my math is correct, Welker has 740 yards and 45 catches in 5 games.
Indeed. On track for huge record breaking seasonal stats. Talk about the little engine that could.
I would be so stoked to see Welker break the all time yards record of one season. He'd totally be that little white guy that no one would ever expect could accomplish something like that. And if he could, that would really prove how great Tom Brady is to be able to help to create such a great chemistry with a receiver his size and help to make him that great when he was always that one small talented WR in Miami that never did a whole lot. And the fact that he was one of those guys from TT's system of guys that haven't amounted to anything in the NFL would be pretty bad ass since even a guy like Crabtree hasn't done much in the NFL. Welker is a class act and a hard worker that came off of a horrible injury as well. What a story this guy has been in the NFL.
Welker and Calvin Johnson are playing out of this world.
yep... and CJ is only a few yards behind TE Jimmy Graham in receiving yards ;P
