No that's six fines in Miller's last 24 games if you don't omit his $15750 fine for hitting Schaub.

I had no idea he had been fined so many times. How is he avoiding getting heavier punishment as a repeat offender? Ed Reed got $50k and originally a suspension for 3 in 3 years. Does Manning's anti-stink force field extend that far?

Did they ever define what "enough times" is?

To my knowledge the only thing defined is minimum fines for different penalties under the CBA and an unofficial guideline of examining a three year period.

Maybe by the time Texans play Broncos in the playoffs he will have to serve his over due suspension?:)

It looks like they are looking for patterns of hits resulting in injury to receiving player or specifically multiple helmet to helmet hits.

JJ Watt and Antonio Smith both have been fined multiple times as well. I think this has more to do with the NFLs quick and stupid trigger with fines than it does with dirty pool.

I feel that defensive players should never be fined for hitting C. Newton.

When was JJ fined other than the hit on Stafford?

Good subject. I was thinking about this over the weekend when they were talking about DPOY on NFLN. Do the fines get considered by voters?

I think it is much like HoF voting with a bunch of guys like McClain. This is on field conduct related. I would think so.
