    What a jackass.

Now people will have to pay for the 4oz extra of beer.

They need to issue a warrant for that dude for 'Crimes against Beer-anity'

He should have kept his yap shut and just bought the small for $1.25 less. Now they're going to go find a 16 oz cup.

Y'all are actually buying the explanation? No way. What they were doing was selling everyone 16 oz and telling some it was 20 oz. I have seen multiple restaurants pull this kind of thing when they claim tap beer comes in a 16 oz glass but if you poor a 12 oz beer into the glass it fills it.

That's what I was thinking. Someone needs to take one of those 16oz cups and pour into a verified 20oz container.

A 4oz difference per drink is a pretty big deal and someone in the front office budgeting for beer would have noticed before now. Thats a ton of cash lost.

I always see this "better than Vista" thing, what is the meaning behind it?

    I'm confused.

I think the Seahawks fans should get a class action suit together and sue the team. That's complete bullshit to get away with charging people for beer they don't get. Unless of course both cups are 20 ounces...

Question: How is this a scam? It's more like a dumb oversight. If the you paid for a 20oz beer and they only gave you 16 oz... that would be a scam. Giving people 4 extra ounces for free is hardly a scam.

Of course it isn't a scam if it is that way, but nobody confirmed what size both cups were. I think the team realizes if they say the 'large' cup was 16 oz, they have a class action suit on their hands. Someone other than the concessions owner, needs to confirm the volume of the cups.

I'm more worried about the customers how drinks two small beers (or whatever is below the limit) thinking that they'll be able to drive home in their car, gets stopped and DYI'ed :(
