Talk about a dream chance for a rookie who went undrafted now going head-to-head with Belichick/Brady.

I was really high on Tuel as a developmental QB prospect. I may tune in.

His preseason ratings by PFF are on par with TJ's & Case's, fwiw.

Its now Pats 10.5 and growing.

Bills also lost Stephen Gilmore for 8 weeks. It could be crazy carnage.

Had this been a Keenum thread the title would have been:

All Time NCAA Yards Passer To Start H.O.F Career vs Pats

I bet my buddy $100 a few weeks ago that the Bills wouldn't have a winning record.

    Gotta love Bills fans.

    They also signed Matt Leinart.

But I wonder why they'd go with a rookie UDFA instead of their 1st round QB they drafted, EJ Manuel.

I really was not anticipating the good showings by Yates and Keenum this pre-season. I am very pleasantly surprised.

That said, at the risk of de-railing the thread, I still want to draft a QB for the future. I don't think we have that in either Yates or Keenum.

It will probably resemble the Rusty Smith game. Minus Andre beating down Finnegan.

If I was that guy, I'd wish to start off against a really bad team, not the Patriots.

I think we're going to have to wait and see exactly how good the Pats are this season. They've been somewhat depleted ya know?

That's what I hear every year. As long as they have Brady under center they will be tough to beat.

As a Huskies fan, he was depressingly efficient in the Apple Cup upset this year.

Might be worth a watch - he isn't as much of a no hoper than the sports networks are selling him as!

Leinart was cut by the Bills already, I don't understand why. 3-10, 11 yards, 2 INT's.

He's going to have to be really terrible in order to just look "bad" against that crappy secondary the Patriots have.

Had this been a Keenum thread, the title would have read, "Week 1: Tom Brady in big Trouble."
