To our advantage, the Titans lost today after having a 26-7 lead on the Ravens at halftime. We are third in the AFC South.

Blew another big lead huh? Bud's franchise wrote the book on choking up big leads.

As a Titans fan I'm actually happy about it. I hate the Ravens second most of any team in the league(behind the Jags), but the way this one turned out is fine by me. Vince played well except for the tipped pick, he ran the two minute offense and got us into position to win, and we blew it. But if you're going to blow a lead like that this is the time to do it. Mac got to give the fans in Nashville one more look at him(he's still an icon here), Titan fans got to see some of our young guys play well(Tulloch, Young, Scaife, Roos), and in the end we lost, which will really help us. To me our two biggest needs now that the o-line is shaping up are a #1 receiver and a pass rusher, and losing this game may be the difference between getting a Calvin Johnson or a Woodley or Adams at DE. If we lose out the rest of the way in competitive games and Vince continues to progress I will be A-ok with that.

PS: About that losing out thing, that obvious excludes the kitty cats when they come to Nashville. If we could knock them out of the playoff race it would be truely delicious. Seeing you crush their dreams this weekend made my day.
