This was proposed under another thread. Texans do a double trade down and pass on ADRIAN PETERSON @ #8 and pass on Nelson @ #12. I'm not concerned with passing on Nelson, but would you give up Adrian Peterson for: Darrel Reives CB Anthony Gonzalez WR Kevin Kolb Remember, the only added picks to our current draft would be Gonzalez and Kolb, because Reives is being picked @ #17 IMO: Only when Hell freezes over. AD - Franchise RB for years to come Reives - Should be a solid cb Gonzalez - Should be a decent #2, but could play out as a #3 and will take time to develop Kolb - Hometown kid, but you could be talking three yrs to develop into a avg qb. Keep in mind this is the NFL and these guys fly around crashing into each other and injuries are a part of the game. No way any team in the NFL would take this trade IMO. What's your thoughts.
