“Kerry and I actually tied, but I was able to wrestle it away from him,” Zgonina said. “Then (center) Kevin Mawae (38) was trying to pull my fingers off it, but I held on and kept yelling, ‘Blue ball. Blue ball.' And the officials finally gave it to us.”

That's funny as all get out!!!! We can do so much with that statement but I'm not going there because I'm sure a good majority have already done so by the time I finished typing this sentence.

I could just hear the crowd screaming "Blue Ball" and the visitors saying "Who's not giving it up over there?"

I think our better slogan would be "Here we go again..."

Im 100% sure that either one of two things happened on that play:

    1. The oiler uniforms in the preseason
    2. Kerry Collins had money on the Texans

I would never want to be at the bottom of a dog pile in the NFL. Cant immagine what goes on there.

Do we really want Blue Balls as our slogan? 70K people chanting we've got blue balls, we've got blue balls? Somehow I don't think so? :backsout:

They let 'em go at it for a good long time too. Seeing as how it was Jay Z, Tom Collins and Kevin Mawae in the pile....Mawae probably pulled out Zgonina's catheder, Collins was probably trying to grease the brakes on Z's wheelchair but Zgonina got 'em both by telling the nurse to switch their testosterone pills for women's one-a-day's.

Reminds me of his SI quote about "being an asshole" to TEs...love it.
