The General wrote it today on Chron.com, Raging Bull Defense.
The way the Texans Defense has played these last 5 games, they may well be on their way to getting a real nickname that sticks and has meaning!
    #1 in 3 and outs
#1 against rush (last 5 games)
    #4 in forced turnovers
#16 in yards per game(taking into account the first 3)
    WOW!!!!

Let's hope the Raging Bull Defense stops the colts on Sunday!!!

    I like it.

I guess it was inevitable that they'd have to lift the name off of one of the tailgate crews.

#4 in forced turnovers.. I wouldn't have thought that...

I guess they happen a little at a time, that you don't notice them piling up.

    At least I didn't.

    Good job Texans.

When I watch the games this year, I get blown away at the difference in the D. Even in games where they played poorly, like vs the Tits, you could see something special.

No doubt. When I first rewatched that game was when I realized that we were going to be good. And some where in the Cardinals game I realized that we are.

If anyone wants to read the article, here's the link (I didn't see it posted anywhere): http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/sports/fb/texansfront/6702042.html

It's a pretty good read and you can't help but see and feel the improvement that they have made in the last few weeks. I give credit to the coaches for not freaking out and doing something stupid. They stayed their course and knew it was only a couple of key people making some mistakes that turned into huge plays for the other teams. Remove those players, make the correction......problem solved.

I'll never intentionally call them the "Raging Bull Defense" if I can help it. That's just stupid.

I prefer "Twilight Zone" personally. Because strange things happen there......

Steel Blue Curtain would sound strange when they wear all red.

It is better than "No Bull - No Defense" which has been the case until this year.

I don't care what we call them as long as they keep on keepin' on. They make me smile.:doot:

That sounds okay, but it should be in plural form.
