Is it just me or does Chris Taylors' upright powerful running style remind you of Eddie George? IMO, given the opportunity, he could be something special in this league.

He looked good in that browns game, getting the extra yards and outrunning people. Maybe he's good or maybe we have been spoiled with slow running backs.

Haven't seen enough of him to say for sure. Sure, he had a good game against the Browns, but they were one of the worst teams in the league. Wish he would have gotten more playing time.

If Taylor has a great preseason I have a feeling he can get some playing time over Dayne this year.

He's still going to get time if he can work his way up to #3 on the depth chart.

If its close between him and Lundy in TC I think they'll cut Taylor since he's still eligible for the practice squad

I dont think Taylor hits nearly as hard as George did.

Come on....don't get carried away by a performance vs. the Browns. Even Vinny ran for 75 against them once, didn't he?

I still don't get all the people here who think Taylor is going to be an NFL star. Taylor is likely pratice squaded this year.

Could this line be the next great Houston line?

Matthews and co. had a lot to do with Eddie George's success. They were very solid.

I hope the next thread in the series isn't Ron Dayne...the next Earl Campbell?
