    In order to improve as a team, we need O-Line help. We can't get that until next season, and it will take the new players time to develop. This is going to be a long franchise

    Actually there is no glass but the Texans just signed the air around the water to a four year $40 million dollar extension because they think it's almost like having glass (it's clear isn't it?) and they don't want to be caught overpaying for a Free Agent glass during the off-season. That's how you get into trouble!
