Texans trying out RB Javarris James

    Aaron Wilson of Profootball.scout.com reports the Houston Texans are trying out former Indianapolis Colts running back Javarris James today, according to a league source.

    James rushed for 112 yards and six touchdowns last season in 10 games with Indianapolis.

    He also caught nine passes for 63 yards.

    It's Tuesday, they always workout about a half dozen prospects on Tuesday. It means nothing, they're just updating their emergency list of players.

    Speaking of working out players, I guess Vernon Ghoulston wasn't very impressive a few weeks back.
