Since they have outscored the AFC South 126 - 40 or so this may be a bit too low.
Yeah, but there was a 59-0 in there when the Tacks were at their worst. The Pats have only won one real road game which was against the Bills. The Bucs game was in England so I wouldn't even count that. But then again the Texans have only won three home games.
Are you sure? I could have sworn the line is NE+7
Yea I saw the same thing were the favorite
Source? Not what I'm seeing out there.
Yahoo sports NFL odds
Pats 59 - Titans 0
Pats 34 - Indy 35
Pats 35 - Jags 7
Pats 128 - Opponents 42
No. I was referring to the source of the PATS -7; Im pretty sure thats wrong.
There may be some books putting out lines, but we will not see the flood of odds on week 17 until week 16 is in the books.
Sure, both of the early lines Ive seen had the Texans as 7 point favorites.
The early line is out and the Texans are favored - Link
There are early feeder lines out, but we will not see the flood until tomorrow as there are still many games off the board right now.
I would be very surprised if that line did not move to Texans -3 by game time.
Should edit the title of this thread.
The Texans are FAVORED by 7.
Wow I would be all over the road dog on this one. The Texans have stunk at home, they usually have a let down in the biggest games, and well...it's the Texans. Granted, they may not play all of thier starters, but this has Texans patented FAIL on it bigtime.
It all depends on two things:
1) If the Texans show up for BOTH halves.
2) If NE pulls a Colts and yanks all their starters in the 3rd quarter.
Yeah well, if "if" were a fifth, we'd all be drunk.
By doggies, that sounds like a plan to me!
That makes 3 of us.
The other wild-card candidates are all favored in their games as well:
At NY Jets -9.5
At Denver -13
As Dr. Smith use to say on Lost in Space "We are DOOMED!"
