By cutting Cody Pickett Friday, Houston Texans retain 7th round pick traded to San Francisco 49ers. Considering our success with late round picks, this could be huge

you don't need to find it. I know the rule. When you waive a player (or cut/release) a player you no longer own his rights....you get nothing.
