More of a reason to get Chris Myers (gasp, yes I'm saying this after I ripped him after the Kris Jenkins play a couple of years ago).

This poaching business always happens to the team formerly employed. Knapp and others alike, they hire coaching staff that they used to work with or familiar with their work. It hurts us but no surprise. Besides, position offered is a promotion (Assit OL coach to OL coach) for Pollack.

    Houston, again.
Just one of the downsides of being successful. Folks want to like you, so they try and grab you coaches. Just part of the game and I wish him well.

I think it's more about coaches hiring friends of friend. Knapper is getting the Raiders OCCUR job more because of his relationship with their new HC than any success he's had in Houston & he's bringing a friend along.
