Was the Carr to Johnson Pass that ended in a turnover officially an interception or a take away? At the game it looked like a reception and then a take away.

i'm pretty sure they ruled it as an interception since AJ never had full posession for it to be ruled a catch & fumble.

ESPN is showing it as an interception.

    NFL.com, too.

Its up on the Texan's multimedia web site. They show sevreal angles and it certainly seems like a take away, not an interception.

I wonder if the Texans can ask for that to be reviewed by the league.

They can. I don't know that they do or should care but it was obviously a completion by AJ and then takeaway--1st two hands on the ball were AJ's.

They should look at it. it would help Carr's rating and AJ's catch and yards stats.

I would like them to review it, even though I doubt Kubiak really cares. As of right now, David has a rating of 109ish. Taking that away would help a little, haha.... :tease:

I actually do think it was a takeaway.

I got Carr in my fantasy league, its a fumble! AJ, I love em, for sure, but that was his fault. It don't matter though, I'me so giddy we won! Go Texans, beat Dallas!

Its going to come down to did AJ have possesion AND make a football move. If so, its a fumble; if not its an INT.
