The Dolphins have a new coach and will be ok..that franchise has had many, many years of tremendous success. This just happens to be a down year.

A good draft and they'll be back on track.

we've been down for several years now. blame Wannestedt's miserable drafting. no one from his tenure as a coach and drafter is on the team right now. no one. there will be a few more down years after this one. brutal.

Who would you draft with #1? Anyone you want, draft eligible?

If I were the Dolphins I would take Andre Woodson from Kentucky because I am just not sure about John Beck even though I liked him coming out of college.

But at the same time I really like Chris Long out of Virginia and I think it is about time for the Dolphins to think about replacing some of these older guys they have on their defense (i.e Jason Taylor, Zach Thomas). I think that with Matt Roth and Chris Long on the defensive line you could have two good yound defensive players.

I think Glenn Dorsey could be a good 3-4 NT. You could make an argument for that selection as well IMO.

yeah but the Texans are such a young franchise.

although Miami had a few Super Bowls by this point in time in their franchise's history....so bad example.

i'm talking about Jake Long from Michigan. doesn't have the ability to play LT in the pros. Chris Long is pretty good though, wouldn't mind him. not over Dorsey though
