I would be shocked if Kubiak doesn't stay with Schaub at this point.

reliant is gonna get REAL ugly if schaub finishes out the rest of the season.

it's not fair to schaub to put him out there.

what an absolute mess kubiak has created.

If Kubiak is still the coach then Schaub starts.

I don't think so. I think Keenum starts no matter who the head coach is.

The Texans have found a way to screw up an already bad situation . I think TJ deserves a shot now .

if this is the case (lolpun) then why bench him when he wasn't even doing that bad. sometimes you have to ride out the cold streak. kubiak should be good at this for riding the schaub cold streak for all those weeks....

has kubiak come out with post game comments yet?

Kubiak is trying to save his job, and the only remote possible chance of doing that is if he starts winning games and miraculously makes playoffs, and advances to the AFC championship game at least.

So I don't blame him one bit for making a decision that will help him win NOW. I know most of us consider this season a lost cause, we want to look the future, and we want to see if Case is part of that future. But if they keep losing, then Kubiak will certainly have no future here.

While Case has shown a lot of promise and potential, he still hasn't won a game, and we were clearly heading to our fourth loss against the Raiders. So I don't blame Kubes one bit for taking a gamble on Schaub and try to win the game.

As for next week, I suspect it will be another call late in the week. I give it 50/50 for either to start. And regardless of who starts, I give us a 50/50 chance of beating the crappy Jags at home!

I think Keenum starts. As a matter of fact, I'll bet on it.

Any takers? Put your "money" where your mouth is. :)

Keenum has more "potential" that Schaub and Yates added together. That doesn't mean Keenum is going to be our starter next year, it just means I think he's better than Schaub or Yates and for now we should stick with him.

So, Case screwed up that bad 3.5 games in?

I missed that part I guess.....

Either way it doesn't matter anymore anyway I guess.

Nobody said anything about Case , stop being subjective . Case should have played to the end of the season . He let Schaub rear his ugly head and split the locker room .

    My vote is on Schaub.

He's going to say Schaub didn't do anything to lose the starting spot against Oakland.

Not trying to start anything with you. Just mentioning time to give Yates a shot it implies Case is done. Kubiak's dumbass is what allowed Schaub in the game.

My mistake if I misread that.

Hmmm, which QB would you start?

    QB A last 4 appearances: 2 TD's, 5 INT's

    QB B last 4 appearances: 8 TD's, 1 INT
