We got the 9 million dollar safety QB, why do we need another?

Can someone please explain to me what exactly it is about Simms that makes him so unacceptable?

That. And he's not a good QB. I would go so far as to say Simms is a bad QB.

Carr actually has a higher career QB rating. That's bad.

He was hyped his whole career because of who his Daddy is. Last name does not make a QB.

He is not now, nor has he ever been a starting quality (or backup quality) NFL caliber QB. He wasn't that impressive in college.

So was Simms playoff run with Tampa Bay just a fluke. Seems to me like he was doing a decent job there until he hurt his spleen jumping into the endzone, then he pretty much fell off.

That's because Simms has not made a living throwing 2 yard dink passes to puff up his completion percentages.

When healthy Simms has not been that bad. I wouldn't be surprised if the Giants pick him up.
