They're hoping he can be Kyle Love Jr.

He'll rotate with Crick I imagine.

    I like the pick.

Hard to move, got some natural ability. Fits the scheme. Been well coached.

I watched the LSU film on him and he started off shaky, but finished strong...

When he is determined to be strong at the point of attack, he can be.

He's going to need to be consistent and always have it in his mind to own his space.

I'm good with the pick. Solidly built player. Should at the very least be solid depth this year with a chance of being a good starter sooner or later.

This is the kind of DE we need, I think.

3-4 DE, right? Not exactly a DT?

I like the pick. Depth player that is a mammoth of a DE that should fit perfectly in the 3-4. I had us picking him in the 7th in my mock draft..

I would have picked Deandre Coleman.

Among the more interesting comments about Pagan was by NFLdraftscout.com: “Built like a Coke machine — wide and heavy — and is just as difficult to move.”

Absolutely. Our starters on defense should eventually be: Watt at left end, Nix at nose tackle, Pagan at right end. Clowney, Reed, Cushing and Mercilus at the four linebacker spots. That's when we play our base 3-4. That being said, a lot has to do with how eager and ready Crennel is to start three rookies in the front seven.

Jeoffrey Pagan absolutely single-handily destroyed the likes of Johnny Manziel and Zach Metternberger (new Titans QB) in some SEC showdown games. He has some burst off the snap and the ability to rush the passer for his big size.

Major upgrade over Jared Crick, IMO

I'm already licking my chops thinking about the Texans defense playing the likes of Zach Mettenberger and Blake Bortles four times a year. Should be a good time to pad the sack numbers. And Andrew Luck: We're coming for him too!!!! I don't know about anybody else but you have to be excited about the Houston Texans defense. For the long term. They did a pretty awesome job in this draft.

Can we get the mods to format the title of this thread to resemble the titles Infantrycak did for the draft picks? Y'know, for uniformity.
