He was a MAN today! He may be injury prone, but nobody should question his toughness or his ability to make plays anymore.

Matt is truly a great quarterback if he is protected. We must continue to work on pass protection. He may not be mobile, but he is surgically accurate. He can take us to the playoffs.

Schaub can definitely thread the needle when he gets time to throw.

And considering the fact the offense is only one dimensional now, it's all that more impressive what he did today.

But I don't hold out much hope for him staying healthy long-term if we can't get the running game going.

He took a lot of shots today, but stayed in the game and played well. I don't know too many QB's who could take the shots he took that led to him missing time. Rolling his ankle was just bad luck. Let's see what the injury report looks like this week. It would be shameful to jump to inaccurate conclusions like the threads saying he's not a good QB.

with no running game again today, Schaub is the reason we won.

I'm still not totally sold on Schaub yet, but you're right. We won today because of his passing. If our line could actually do a better job of pass protection, Schaub could indeed become a great one.

Next up, Jags. Damn it, we'd better be 2-1 next week at this time.

Like I said, Schaub is Drew Bledsoe. You give him time he will pick you apart. We should play to that strength. If we have to keep two TEs or a TE and a FB in to give him that extra second. So be it.

Jinx filled statements like that lead to wearing opposing teams avatars.

    You'd think you'd learn. ;)
