Don’t know where Kahale Warring will end up but strong first day. Physically imposing presence out there from the tight end position. One to watch moving forward. #Texans

Four rookies that have my early attention. S Chris Johnson, CB Derrick Baity Jr, WR Johnnie Dixon and WR Tyron Johnson. All had strong first day of work. Chris Johnson especially from the safety spot. #Texans

Lonnie Johnson Jr. is a long strider and can recover well in coverage. Big frame for a cornerback but movement skills are there. #Texans

Also, Tytus Howard is a good mover with his feet and Max Scharping has a few things to clean up but can see why he was successful in college. Long way to go but easy to see why the #Texans made them their selections.

O’Brien mentions that Tytus Howard will get plenty of work at left tackle. Mentions Howard can work right tackle and guard if need be. Also, Max Scharping can play both tackle spots. He has been impressed with how much they have picked up with the offense. #Texans

“Get used to the speed of the game. Get used to the strength of the game.” Bill O’Brien on what he wants his young offensive lineman to get used with the NFL game. #Texans

O’Brien mentions that during the draft process that they worked to see if Kahale Warring would be a willing blocker at the NFL level. They liked how he handled it during the workout. #Texans

O’Brien says Kahale Warring had a good day one. Also, mentions that Jordan Thomas and Jordan Akins have had good off-seasons to this point. #Texans

So refreshing to read something encouraging for a change.

Negativity, including my own, has pulled me down lately.

I wonder if John Harris will post some observations. I like content even if it's got a lot of koolaid in it.

I like my koolaid battle red.

The 1st time a coach comes out and says this group looks weak and slow will be the 1st time.

Pat = Texans orgs biggest cheerleader, so I take this piece with a grain of salt in the bigger picture.

Harris and Vandermeer gushing over Warring on Texans All access. Reminds me how everyone was gushing over Coutee day 1 rookie minicamp last offseason. Hope Warring stays healthy!

Dont let it. I freakin love the Texans but I just came in from a wine evening on a rock and I decided in my drunken state that this is more important. And. It. Is. We will b fine but this Ejiofor thing pisses me off. Where is that bottle?

He actually did have something negative to say about Xavier Crawford.
I am very encouraged about Kahale Warring's first showing in a Texans uni.
    Could be a real find.

Starr is much more snarky/negative on that awful podcast than what I seem to read, go figure most of what he writes seems to be oriented towards being a report of news.
