With the firing of Cleveland HC Mangini, Rob Ryan may become available to us.

Why in the world would he come here as a DC when he is a likely HC candidate with the many openings out there?

Ryan was one of the biggest trouble makers in the Raiders locker room. He wanted to be HC and was undermining Tom Cable at ever opportunity. That is why the Raiders let him go.

He is not the DC that his brother is. But he has all the drama.

Count me as a no on Rob Ryan.

BTW he was my # 2 on my list of replacements when they fired Smith.
