Very classy move by Bush's lawyers.

ESPN is reporting things a little bit differently (big surprise):

Wow...for all the moaning that Mr. McNair had to listen to when we passed on RB, it is quite evident that he dodged a bullet when passing on this guy.

Bush's deposition is slated for Feb. 25. This is the first time that he will have been forced to address all the questions people have been asking him forever. When his financial records are finally mandated to be turned over (they probably already have been for the deposition), receipts other than for Whoppers, underwear and movie theatres will find their way to the light. Oh, I know what you're thinking.......................those will be the only INTERESTING ones..........riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight!

Very suspicious behavior. Where in the heck can you bring a gun into a court room or into a deposition any freakin' way?? Crazy, and obviously a tatic meant to intimidate.

All this does is cast more suspicion on Bush IMO. I am so glad we took Mario over RB and VY.

I thought there were metal detectors before entering court rooms? I know the courthouse in San Marcos has a metal detector.

The deposition was at Lake's law office, not a courthouse.

Another war of words broke out yesterday in the Reggie Bush cash-and-benefits lawsuit. But this time, for now, the parties ended up with an agreement: Plaintiff Lloyd Lake is to give his deposition March 10, and possibly March 17, in a conference room in San Diego Superior Court.
“There are metal detectors there, so nobody will be bringing any guns,” said Lake's attorney, Brian Watkins.

With Bushs "advocates" bringing heat to the meeting, gotta get some protection from that kind of threat.

I am so glad we have Mr. Mario Williams. Just no speeding with ugly college girls Mario, and you'll be alright.

And Mr. Bush skipped his deposition yesterday because his lawyers want to keep the transcripts away from the NCAA.

    Hmmm....I wonder why.

Saw it on tv so no link yet.

If he isn't going to give a deposition, can they call him to the stand?
