"ALAMEDA, Calif. -- Before the Oakland Raiders even arrive at their first training camp in Art Shell's second stint as coach, it's clear that few jobs are safe.
Shell has already penciled in two rookies as starters -- second-round pick Thomas Howard at outside linebacker and third-round selection Paul McQuistan at right guard. First-round pick Michael Huff is also in the mix at safety."
If you thought rookie HC Kubiak was aggressive with his methods in shaking up the troops, check out new Raiders coach Shell.
He's already got a couple rookies at the top of the DC in their respective positions even before TC has begun. Included in that twosome is 3rd round Draft pick, guard Paul McQuistan, who played at that Mormon football powerhouse, Weber State out in Ogden, Utah.
Shell, who is now beginning his second stint as the Oakland HC, apparently
has come up with a new idea to get the players attention at the beginning
    of the season ?
