Dismal ... absolutely dismal
Am I the only one sick and tired of the .pdf file format (except for paperwork)?
I'm glad you found these Kimmy. These reports are great. Not today's of course but in general.
It really makes you look at things a little different when you have it all laid out for you.
I thought Jacoby was bad while watching the game, I had no idea how bad till I saw the stats ...
First Downs - Texans dominate 21 to 11
Total Yards - Texans dominate 473 to 278
3rd Down Efficiency - Texans dominate 40% to 20%
Penalties - Texans dominate 6(50) to 11(89)
Time of Possession - Texans dominate 34:25 to 25:35
Times in Red Zone - Texans dominate 3 to 1
How is it possible to dominate these stats, but still lose? I'm simply amazed by the Texans! I can understand if Raiders dominated the turnover battle, but that was pretty much even as well.
Difference was the Raiders getting 6 points without getting a single first down.
Exactly if you redacted the score from that page and read that you would look at that and say it was 41 to 6 Houston.
Schaub sucks in the redzone.
We get it. You need to make a living. DO IT ELSEWHERE
Turnovers and Special Teams Play
3 FG's of 50+ out of 4 total
A blocked punt
A fake punt
Raiders win turnover margin 2-1
The Texans missing a FG early that would have allowed them to win with a FG later.
