Question to season ticket holders

    I am a first year owner. In section 136. Do we receive Churrascos passes or how can I get those?

    Also in the past my tickets always game with a voucher for a Gameday program. Am i supposed to purchase these online somewhere? Thanks

    If you are the PSL owner when you paid your invoice there was an option to buy the gameday program for each game.

    Methinks the tickets you were given or sold before were corporate - because no, the program and any pre or during game event passes are NOT included free.

    Call your ticket rep at Reliant for info on how to purchase these things.

    I have sent them an email. how do I know who my rep is? Sorry they just have not been very accomadating especially for a first year owner.

    What have they not done that you wished they had done?

    Have you called them?

    They are usually very accommodating, just ask.

    I guess just not getting back to me on the Churrascos thing, and also when I got the PSL transferred I inquired about purchasing additional tickets and they said I would be receiving that information. Maybe I am wrong and just new to all this. I will still be at every game and buy my own program just thought there was a system set up for this stuff.

    Also I just went over my letter from Bob and it states Churascos passes will be mailed separate, but now I am sure that was meant for those who had already purchased them. I took that as I would automatically be receiving the passes.

    Don't get me wrong, I totally get some times being frustrated about things with the FO now and again. But for ticket concerns just give them a call Tuesday- they can answer all of those questions in a few minutes and make sure your account they way you want it set up.
