Expected more from him with us, maybe OD's emergence stole his chance. Hope he makes a better splash in Seattle.

Seattle has been searching for a tight end. Looks like they found something.

I think Putzier was a decent TE on a team with other TE's who excel in, or have the "potential" to excel in, much needed ways...

I think the emergence of Dreesen made Putz expendable.

Just saw on the homepage here that Putzier was signed bey Seattle. What up? I don't think I will miss him. Dreesen seems to be coming along and Bruener was even more valuable.

There was another thread about this earlier in the week.

I think he was a good guy in the wrong place after we drafted OD.

He might make a #3 TE. The dude can't block. He makes OD's blocking look All-Pro. When he gained weight to help with blocking he then couldn't run routes well.

The Seahawks announced the signing of their second free agent running back in a week, when Julius Jones signed a multi-year contract Monday. Jones, a 2004 second round draft choice by the Dallas Cowboys, joins T.J. Duckett, as additions to the Seahawks’ backfield for the 2008 season...(cont)

Funny, they show Jeb in a Broncos jersey.

Tuesday wrought two official additions to the Seahawks, with the naming of Mike DeBord as a new offensive assistant coach, and the signing of veteran free agent tight end Jeb Putzier...(cont)
