Bengals receiver Chris Henry could be going to jail after failing a court-ordered drug test last week.

Kenton County prosecutor Gary Edmondson told News 5 that Henry took the test as part of his probation agreement with Florida, where he was convicted on a weapons charge last fall.

Edmondson said the next move is up to Florida, where Henry was on probation for two years, served 100 hours of community service, attended a firearms safety class and forfeited the 9 mm gun he pulled during a skirmish in downtown Orlando.

    Henry agent denies report
    BY MARK CURNUTTE | MCURNUTTE@ENQUIRER.COM

Marvin Frazier, the New Jersey-based agent for Bengals wide receiver Chris Henry, today denied a Kenton Country prosecutor's claim that Henry failed a drug test.

"The final result is negative," Frazier told the Enquirer. "It's all (nonsense)."

Frazier said he talked this afternoon with Bengals player relations director Eric Ball, and Ball told Frazier that the final test was negative.

evidence of an opiate? hmm. he may be able to get a pass on this if he can prove it was a false positive from a prescription drug. maybe he got a hole of some real Jagermeister. That could trigger a false positive as well.

if I was a betting man though, I would put money that he took some Ecstasy or other designer drug that was laced with some opiate derivative. Bad move Chris.

    See you in the CFL.

    Houston, again.
Henry, Vick and Pacman could be cell mates. Good conversation there.
