    I just received this email from the Texans.

    Your Houston Texans have earned a reputation for excellent customer service. We have been recognized by J.D. Power & Associates and others for superior fan satisfaction and for our innovative approaches to service delivery. The key to our success has been and continues to be our close relationship with you. We keep our finger on the pulse of our fans and customers through a variety of ways:

    Game Day Service Hotline- Our game day hotline opens four hours before kick-off and closes one hour after the game for your convenience. Please call the game day service hotline at 832-667-1400 for directions, lost tickets, car trouble, disruptive tailgating and fan behavior or general questions regarding your game day experience.

    Game Day Texting (New!)- We are excited to unveil our new text line for you to communicate with a Texans representative on game days. If you encounter something that disrupts your enjoyment of the game, for example an adjacent fan using profanity, a large sign or banner that blocks your view, or a wet spill that presents a safety hazard please text specific information including section, row, and seat location to 832-655-0785 and a guest services representative will be more than happy to help resolve the situation.

    Fan Feedback- Please contact us at if you have a comment, suggestion, or question and a Texans customer service representative will respond within 24 hours. You may also email us on game days with any game day questions or concerns and you will be answered in a timely manner.

    J.D. Power Annual Survey- Twice a year we survey over 5,000 season ticket holder accounts regarding your entire game day experience including parking, merchandise, concessions, and the helpfulness of staff. We use these results to plan for our future amenities.

    Annual Focus Groups- Each year we conduct focus groups compiled of season ticket holders to gain valuable knowledge of what our fans are thinking and feeling. We consider each suggestion and see how to best implement it into the game day experience.

    We want to hear from you. If you are having a problem on game day, please call us or text us and we will work hard to fix your issue right on the spot. If you have an idea that you want to share or a problem that you want to see addressed in the future, send us an email to and we will respond. On the other hand, if things are going great, please tell your friends. Our ambition is to Create Raving Fans and one close connection with you is our key to victory.
