Just what we need. Lose our OC, now possibly our best lineman in one week. AWESOME!

The cheerleaders should start a new cheer for him whenever he comes back to the field...

At least our false starts might be down this week.

He should claim he was afraid he was going to be tasered, that is why he drove off.

He should just take the ticket and get it dropped at court like all the other athletes. Not too bright.

When your 6-3 320lbs - how are you going to try and sneak off? Seriously Chester - what are you thinking? The cop is going to forget about the enormous guy they pulled over?

Interested to see what the whole story about this is.

I know of a number of situations where people are stopped, think they are just being warned and don't understand that they are being asked to stay to get ticketed, drive off, and then the police go after them. "Evading arrest" makes it sound worse than what it really is:

    link

The law requires intent to flee. If he didn't understand he was supposed to wait there, that it was a misunderstanding then it won't stick. Happened to a friend of mine that way.

This is too weird to be just as it is stated in the paper--I think there is more to it--but that is just my spider sense talking and nothing else.

I don't know TC, though it does seem like a really bad decision if it was on purpose. I guess we'll see.
