I say we just go for it on fourth down the rest of the year and attempt 2-point conversions after every TD. I was very impressed with Turk's athleticism on that busted snap yesterday.:gun:

It make me wonder if this has been the reason for so many bad snaps. He hasn't had a very good season. Maybe this has been weighing on his mind for a while.

As bad as he's been chucking it back there this year, I'd say just about anybody. :D

Wow, the Vikings are in trouble.

The NFL has really dragged its feet in this for a long time. All of the six players above (according to McCain) tested positive in traning camp over the summer. Kind of a BS thing to do to wait until the final 4 games to suspend players, in some cases teams making playoff runs.

I'd say put Sage in there. He's pretty good at hitting our players feet when he's not throwing interceptions.

Didn't Pittman run it by team doctors or even the league before he even used it and got the okay??

The players are saying the league didn't mention that there was a banned substance in what they were using.

Funny thing is, there is a 1-800 hotline for NFL players to check substances before using to see if they are banned. I can't remember what player was interviewed, but they said that they left several messages at that number and the phone calls were never returned.
People are pointing fingers in every direction.

I'm really fine with whoever it is, as long as we can still declare Salaam an eligible receiver 3 plays in a row. :heh:

From November 3rd when this first shook out:
Not sure who it means when it says, "they authorized" it... most likely Bryan's physicians.

I went into the stadium really early yesterday (cause it was damned windy and cold outside) and Dreessen was practicing long-snapping with Bulman.

Why would a long snapper take steroids? To help him zing those balls a little harder?

He wasn't suspended for taking steroids. He took something that could be used to mask the use of steroids. And that's against the rules.

    BUT...

Taking steroids and growth hormone could keep a long-snapper strong enough, fast enough, and healthy enough to perform much much better than if he didn't. Taking steroids (and other performance enhancing drugs), if done right, can pretty much improve your performance in any sport.

Do they allow shooting guards to turn around and shoot between their legs?, because he's better at that anyway. :)

Well, don't forget your steroids and your water pills. Gotta fit in and all that.

I would do it, but I'm allergic to breaks in my spine and head. It's a genetic thing, I think.
