You know I was just thinking. Whats the difference between the great Cowboys teams of the 90s with the teams now. Is it QB? While Romo is solid he isnt quite at the level of an Aikman. 2. Is it running game? Nope becuase while Emmit was great, the two back system they have had is just as efficient. 3. Great wrs? Say what you want about Irvin but he was still a great WR. TO is a lot like that. So whats the difference? Simply put: THUGS. Thats right. This Dallas team has too many law abiding citizens. The great Cowboy teams of the 90s were littered with criminals and thugs. So, thats how Jerry Jones will rebuild his dynasty by acquiring people like Tank Johnson(check) and now Pac Man Jones. I guess he will take a look at converting Vick to a WR/slot RB when he gets out.

Why not?? Adam has paid his penalty. He has shown remorse and taken responsibility for his misguided actions.

    Death and taxes.

Pacman was always going to be a Cowboy. Even if it's not his next team, it will happen.

T.O. and PacMan on the same team? Only one certainty in that scenario...

This would be a smart move for any team to make. Give him a one year, low $ contract with incentives and if he stays out of trouble then you look like a genius. If he gets arrested again then its not your problem and he's done after the year.

Pac is still one of the best talents at CB in the league.

Knew someone was going to come back with that... classic.

Anyways, he is one of the most talented defensive players in the game and it would be a smart decision for any team to take a chance on him, as long as they protect themselves.

    Electronic ankle monitor

“No Strip Club” " No entourage" and “No Firearms” clauses in his contract...

Of course he wants back in the league, Given his legal bills and all, he's probably running out of money.

I wouldn't want him on the Cowboys but I will say that you could low ball him, make the contract so heavily incentive laden that he has to act respectable or he is gone and overall make it high risk/low reward for a top talent. They have Calvin Hill still running their support group. You never know.

You guys make it sound easy to sign a player to an incentive laden contract. Even trying to get a regular player to sign to a performance incentive contract is hard. What your talking about is are moral centered incentive contracts (which I don't know if they're legal or not) and if Jones is truly the scourge everyone thinks he is he would never sign it. The closest thing I can see him signing is a contract that looks regular, but with a clause that if the team has to cut him because he acts like a bone head, then Jones will have to pay back his signing bonus.

The Cowboys lost the greatness when they disrespected Tom Landry, the rest of it was all luck and coaching, which Jerra disrespected once again.

Pac Man has a lot of baggage that will need to be picked up at the airport.

I do believe it would be a giant step up from the deal we made with NOTIME and the Raiders
