Why Your Team Sucks is back for another year-
Does that mean the Texans don't suck or they haven't gotten around to the Texans for 2019?
Atlanta Falconsrookie offensive tackleKaleb McGarywill undergo a cardiac ablation procedure Wednesday afternoon with no immediate timetable given for his recovery, the team announced.
The team called it a minimally invasive procedure similar to the two previous procedures McGary has undergone.
ATL must have really liked the upside thy saw in this guy because of his unusual medical history for such a young prson plus @ 24 so couple years older than
most rookies. And he was the 3rd OT taken in this years Draft after Andre Dillard and our guy Titus.
Hope the operation goes well and he has a long and successful NFL career, and a long life after football.
Just catching up on this Damon Sheehy-Guiseppi story, and even if/when it ends soon, it's been pretty great so far..
I want to hear audio of this. Jerry talking about his experience with contract negotiations.
I must register my disapproval under the strongest terms regarding the Jets going back to that crappy logo and uniforms.
I just want to say this PI instant replay rule is stupid. Yeah, I know it affected the game in a major way & something needed to be done. But...
It was a missed PI this time. What if it's a missed hold next time, or false start, or roughing the kicker?
While the rule does address the particulars of that particular game, but I think it missed the mark overall.
Excuse me if this has been addressed already.
Pats rookie Chase Winovich waxing poetic on ig -
His qb's respone -
Oh no.. doesn't look like he's going to get his revenge after all..
Yup and two good things happened when he left . Duke Johnson and Buddy Howell .
Buddy Howell should have played a bit last year instead of Old Blue. Maybe we wouldn't need Duke Johnson after all.
Be cool if he can drain a paycheck out of them for a year. No injury settlement.
Be even better if he's the guy they activate in October.
It's just preseason & he's not in competition for a starting job, but XSF played with the Cowboys 1st team Saturday & he looked pretty good on their first drive. 97 yards capped with a rushing TD.
NFL rough call is getting crazy.
Might as well cancel the league if this becomes the norm.
Clean hit from yesterday's packers and raiders game
Seems like you'd have to work at getting this out of shape for a 24 years old
Had a desire to see how Dalton Risner, Kansas State was doing with the Broncos. Turns out, Mike Munchak is his OL Coach and he's signing the praises of Dalton Risner. Risner was placed at RG and has flat done his job. They're expecting him to be the starting RG going into the season.
This is one guy I had high hopes for becoming a Texan. Munchak as OL Coach would've been a bigger move if OB felt safe in hiring a potential replacement should he crap the bed.
EXCLUSIVE: Carli Lloyd Has Received An Offer From An NFL Team To Kick In A Preseason Game
Gotta admit, if this is true I'm not a big fan of the idea.
Frankly I think she likely has the stuff to make the kicks. She's shown a little of that already. But she hasn't done it in pads, in a helmet, with a packed line of scrimmage raging in front of her, etc. But that's not even my biggest concern, at all. Let's just give benefit of the doubt that she could perform the task in a live game situation as that wouldn't come as a complete surprise either to be honest.
How many times have we seen kickers with their hands on the ball in the event a kick is blocked? Like, plenty. And so what happens then? This sounds like a ridiculous predicament for whoever ends up barreling toward her from the other team more than anything. Do you light her up? I mean, you have to right?
Nope, don't like this at all.
