Miami Dolphins released Fred Evans today after he was arrested last weekend.

Just like the Bears with Tank Johnson, it seems like there is a new rule with NFL Clubs: If a player gets arrested, they get released.

This could come back and bite teams, especially if the charges against the player are dismissed or the player isn't convicted.

I think teams are only doing this with repeat offenders. If Brady got arrested tomorrow I doubt he would be released until all info was out.
