Ugh. RT @AdamSchein: Myers says talks with Texans are more "conversations than negotiations". He is hitting the open market.

I would like to know what is going on. If we let our entire OL go after resigning our RB, that doesn't make much sense.

Rutroh :( MT @PHABMK6 Mangold contract was 8 years/$57.4 m. $25 million guar. That is what Myers agent is looking for as stated on XM radio

Texans seem happy to let Chris Myers hit the market. That's the best 2/5ths of their OL gone. Big risk

Myers is good, but not good enough for that kind of money.

Well. Don't let the door hit ya where ...

He can count his money in DC or on whatever team overspends for him but will still suck.

Mangold is a different type of lineman in a different type of offense.

I'm sorry but we just can't do that. 8 years he wants a contract until he's 38 no thanks.

Drew Rosenhaus is his agent. Ought to be interesting since Drew is also Eric Winston's agent, along with Ward and a few more IIRC
