First, trading down is HARD. I dont' think a lot of people understand how difficult it is to find a suitable trade down partner. Especially when you are pick 10-20. A lot of people rated in the teens slip, and I think most teams would be willing to take that chance. That being said, heres my idea: Trade down from 10 to 15 -25. Heres my sample draft: Trade pick #10 (1300 points) to NYG for pick #20 (850) and pick #51 (390). Giants released 1 LT and had their other retire, and so target Levi Brown. They trade with Houston to ensure he's still available. At #20 - Texans select Reggie Nelson, S, Florida At #52 - Texans select Anthony Gonzels, WR, Ohio St At -#73 - Texans select Daymieon Hughes, CB, Cal 4th round - Texans select Samson Satele, C, Hawaii 5th round - Texans select BPA DT 6th round - Texans select BPA OG/OT 7 round - Texans select BPA FB What do you think?
