This will be a challenge for our Texans this Sunday. We've had a rough year, obviously. This is a chance to go out with momentum and with a bang if we win the game. We can ring in the new year with a victory, and earn our first road win of this season.

Here is what I think we must do against the 49ers to win this game Sunday...

-Pressure Alex Smith. Throw him blitzes from different angles with our defenses. He fumbles the ball an awful lot, and we can alos force a bad pass from him, or a sack. This will be key.

-Have a good, solid run game either with Davis, or Wells/Morency. This will allow us to control the clock, and mix in play-action pass plays.

-No penalties. These have been costing us big dividends the past few weeks. No personal fouls obviously. We area smarter football team and more disciplined team than that. I dont want to see them.

I'm obviously rooting for a win this game, along with other true Texans fans. Lets worry about the draft in April. Let's end this seasomn with a W.

    Go Texans!:redtowel:

    My keys:

Do not call a single pass play so that the clock doesn't stop and this miserable season can end quicker.

Can we change the locks so we can get new keys? These haven't worked but twice all season.

Why?, most of our pass plays are in the five yard range. When you look at it our short passing game probably takes more time off the clock then our running game. Just keep bradford out of the game, because dropped passes will stop the clock.

Your right Wharton, this game could be won with the coaches sitting in houston and th e players calling all the shots. The key to losing this game and getting the top draft pick is leaving all the offensive play calling up to Pendry. Let Fangio keep calling the defense as he has all year and we will get the number one pick. And to think i was going to surprise my wife with a trip to San Fran for this game. Sometimes it's good to put things off.

So is Gary Walker. Now, if AJ gets a hang nail, and Dunta comes down with malaria, victory is assured. :yahoo:
