Dang, thought you were serious. I am already focusing on positions IF '14 draft is what team hopes. For example, first four guys should start and Savage should at least become a backup. I would then not draft OLB, OG, Nose or TE but would go QB as high as round one if right guy there. In 2015 I want a CB, two safeties, an ILB and maybe two depending if Cushing makes it three in a row or injury list and QB. Hopefully, Bullough surprises people and is as good as I think he can be.

It was nicely played by playoffs indeed.

FWIW, if we were drafting again today this is where I see our draft priorities:

DT - Still think we need more depth here.
OT - Not a believer in Q or Williams to be the solution.
DB - Not persuaded Hal is the answer or Harris.
QB - Optimistic about Savage but not enough to remove this off the list yet.
DE - Need more depth here too. Crick and Pagan I think are adequate but would like something moar.

DTs Nix, Powe and the other FA should be enough for nose. Agree with you on DE not OT. Quess should be better than what we had but then Newton will be better than last season if truly healthy.

Unless Savage is stunningly good in'14, we will probably have to go QB in first or second. :handshake:

I like Nix as a nose, but when we go to a 4 man front who do you see lining up inside or are you counting Watt and/or Crick as your 2nd DT in that formation?

Unless your counting Watt, I don't think we have a pass rushing DT on the roster.

here I go again running against the crowd but an 'in shape' Nix can play in a 4 man front. here is an interview with SBnation that I have not seen posted; it is post combine but pre draft.
