I think he's just there to push Alex Smith.

Doesn't sound like Alex has much to worry about.

Depends on what they were looking for.

Looking for a male model type to hold a clipboard? Yes? Good signing!

Looking for someone capable of running your entire offense if your starter goes down? Yes? Yeah, not such a good signing.

    They started OTAs already?

We didn't start until late May last year. Sup, Texans? What's on our calender this year?

There's a joke in here somewhere with Singletary, working his guys hard, and dropping his pants at half time. It's been too long a day to get my head around it so I'll just do this:

    :hobie:

Can't we all just get along?

The haters should be satisfied (I should know) that he failed in Carolina, and failed in New York.

Let it go, let him be him, and let's watch the Texans.

I'm really more interested in what will happen with Grossman.

I think he's very talented. With a very strong arm. and still relatively young.

You can coach out stupid. You can't coach that arm, or that will to win.

    I just like the kid.

    Good question.

Rex Grossman's upcoming season will play out like this:

'Skins draft a young QB who is third on the depth chart. Grossman is number two because he knows lil Shanny's offense. Campbell starts just because.

Season's midpoint - Young QB supplants Campbell. Grossman goes to number three on the roster.

Next offseason - Campbell is no longer a Redskin. Young QB is the next big thing. Grossman is either their number two or just gets released.

Ends up in the AFL2 being the QB for the Shreveport Bossier Battle Wings.

I respectfully disagree. See: Nagle, Browning. George, Jeff. Smith, Akili.

No doubt named for the 8th AF HQ based up at Barksdale. But yeah. It's real.

But, isn't Barksdale in CA and Shreveport in LA?
